This hotel is the ideal oasis in a magical and mysterious valley. the gardens are blooming with life and the staff is attentive and friendly. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with lovely views of the surroundings. the breakfast is filling and delicious, and the pool is perfect for cooling off on hot days. There is also a great space for cooking and barbecuing, which is fantastic for families. And if you're looking for relaxation, the Caracol healing room is a must-visit.

The price may be a bit steep for some, but the beautiful location and exceptional service make it worth it.

The gardens and pool were quite nice and offered a peaceful space to relax. Not too far from key locations, we were able to easily explore the town. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of food and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

I spent my Christmas here, but it was a bit of a disappointment. The room was not decorated at all for the holiday season and there was no special festive dinner on offer.

But the service was really disappointing. Employees did not seem to care at all about their job.
